New Heritage Home

We are delight­ed to be able to share some images of work in progress on a sig­nif­i­cant Vic­to­ria Her­itage home in Kew. 

Work­ing with some of Melbourne’s best trades to exe­cute beau­ti­ful stone, steel, tim­ber and plas­ter­work, we have been able to explore both her­itage, and mod­ern takes on her­itage, archi­tec­tur­al detail­ing to restore this grand cor­ner block home. 

This restora­tion of a her­itage home includes the addi­tion of a large pool pavil­ion, designed with an ultra-high lev­el of ameni­ty that includes change rooms and an out­door liv­ing space, kitchen and piz­za oven. The addi­tion will be sur­round­ed by for­mal gar­dens designed by Paul Ban­gay.
