Work continues on the site of our multi-residential project in Brunswick East. The two-level structure is now in place – predominantly made from solid concrete.
Recent images capture the use of raw edges, especially as a feature across the corner at ground level. Custom finishes are being developed to make the concrete appear as though it’s weathered naturally over time which will continue as a highly textured approach throughout the project.
At points, the concrete forms internal detailing such as fireplaces which are beginning to become recognisable. Piles of timber have been recycled from the previous factory structure and will soon form new the timber details.
