Splinter Society were Project Architects for this fine dining
and award winning restaurant and formed the Design Team
with the owners, Andrew McConnell and Pascale
Gnomes-Mcnabb.
The project involved the transformation of 2 derelict buildings
in the inner northern suburb of Fitzroy, previously joinery
workshops, into a fine dining restaurant, with a high end, raw,
industrial and crafted aesthetic.
